Accompanying customers throughout their journey until sale closure and post-sales support A climate control and solar energy company is seeking a Sales Representative in Jequié (Downtown). Futura Climatização specializes in climate control and refrigeration solutions. We offer installation, maintenance, and repair services for air conditioning systems. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for prospecting, serving, and retaining customers, covering the entire sales process for climate control equipment and solutions offered by Futura Climatização. Proactively prospect new customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person visits, social media, referrals). Promptly respond to inquiries and requests, providing technical guidance on air conditioning solutions and products, including benefits, delivery timelines, and terms. Prepare customized quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and accompany customers throughout their journey until sale closure. Maintain detailed records of contacts, proposals, and negotiations in our internal system and commercial reports. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Installation, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of information for contract execution. Manage post-sales activities, verifying customer satisfaction, collecting feedback, and identifying opportunities for repeat sales or referrals. Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Commercial Representative, Sales Promoter, or Sales Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
