We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** with an analytical profile, strong sense of responsibility, and proactivity—someone who contributes to daily accounting operations, supports both the team and clients, and actively participates in problem resolution and process improvement. **Support beyond numbers!** **Join \#TeamARO.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Here, your purpose will be:** * Provide client support via phone, WhatsApp, in-person meetings, and online meetings to clarify possible doubts and align processes. Monitor the support provided by all team members whenever necessary; * Support data entry of financial transactions; * Submit federal-level ancillary declarations of all complexities using software provided by public agencies, in compliance with current legislation; * Perform accounting closings for highly complex companies using the Domínio system, in compliance with current legislation; * Perform accounting closings for large-scale economic groups; * Conduct on-site work at client companies; * Support new team members by guiding them on system usage, network access, and execution of accounting department processes.
