So, what do you think about joining our team and becoming part of our ecosystem? **Responsibilities and Duties** You will support the TGID brand and group startups across marketing and communications initiatives. You will directly assist with departmental routines, ensuring deliverables remain organized, aligned with our companies’ needs, and consistent with the team’s strategic guidelines. **Main Activities:** * Design simple visual assets in Canva following our brands’ identity guidelines; * Assist in writing content (social media posts/blogs), scripting short videos, and scheduling posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, blog); * Support recording and basic editing (Reels/TikTok) using tools such as Veed or Canva; * Maintain our Notion workspace in order and assist with basic website publishing (WordPress); * Research trends, references, and benchmarks to bring fresh ideas to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn) and intermediate proficiency in Canva; * Strong writing skills and ability to produce clear, adaptable texts across formats and tones; * Organized, curious, and enthusiastic about the dynamic startup environment. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** * Familiarity with management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and foundational knowledge of Paid Traffic and SEO for blogs; * Experience with AI tools, introductory UX Writing knowledge, and basic WordPress understanding; * Basic video editing (Veed, Canva) focused on dynamic formats like Reels and TikTok; * Proficiency in Notion (organizing routines, boards, and calendars); * Prior content creation experience (academic, professional, or personal projects/blogs) and presentation of a creative portfolio. **Additional Information** Internship stipend: R$ 1\.725,00 \+ Meal Voucher \+ Transit Pass Welcome to tgid!
