Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#VemSerSSA** **\#SSA \- Nourishing lives and building dreams** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and monitor construction work execution, ensuring technical and administrative support for smooth progress and implementation of expansion projects. * Advise on civil construction project execution by monitoring activities, verifying material usage, human resources allocation, and deadlines, aiming for daily compliance with technical specifications and schedule requirements. * Inspect construction works by reviewing project stages and conducting technical analyses to ensure daily compliance with project quality standards. * Support third-party service contracting by qualifying providers and defining internal teams to suggest and recommend providers whenever necessary. * Assist in purchasing raw materials and supplies, including system-based data entry and delivery tracking, to ensure daily availability of required resources. * Perform service acceptance by inspecting service quality and deadlines, approving and validating execution through monitoring reports and invoice issuance to authorize and release payments whenever necessary. * Control and monitor the flow of movement and utilization of materials and supplies, managing online records to maintain control and ensure daily adherence to planned targets. * Monitor infrastructure works to ensure proper execution and deadline compliance. * Monitor earthwork and graveling operations, providing technical support to the execution team. * Establish partnerships with municipal governments to obtain approvals for construction works and secure necessary resources for bridge and road maintenance. * Meet with service providers to align construction procedures and meet technical requirements. * Monitor construction activities to ensure proper execution and deadline compliance. Lead the team's operational workflow, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures to achieve established goals. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Experience in construction works. * Desired experience in people management. * Flexible working hours.
