Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#VemSerSSA** **\#SSA \- Nourishing lives and building dreams** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Integrate, develop, and train new employees across production process stages, promoting operational excellence through theoretical and practical training; support compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and animal welfare standards; and continuously assess and update teams to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high performance in the workplace. * Collaborate with area managers and the Training and Development (TeD) team to conduct onboarding programs for new employees, familiarizing them with the work environment, company policies, and operational procedures. * Monitor employees’ day-to-day operational performance, providing real-time support, adjustments, and guidance. * Deliver theoretical and practical training to staff across various production areas. * Support employees in understanding work instructions and best practices to optimize productivity and minimize errors. * Train employees on occupational safety standards, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and accident prevention. Promote universal understanding and adherence to hygiene and cleaning protocols essential for food safety and contamination prevention. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Preferably 1 year of experience in industrial processes. * Background compliant with internal policies.
