Responsibilities: * Develop maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective) and manage Work Orders according to plant priorities. * Monitor *backlog* and asset criticality to ensure production continuity. * Track key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, and plan adherence). * Maintain technical records and equipment history to support maintenance strategy development. * Ensure proper document organization and provide support during quality and safety audits (ISO, **BRC, MAPA**, and customer audits). * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Safety, and Warehouse teams. Technical Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation, or related fields. * Experience in PCM within an industrial environment (preferably heavy industrial maintenance). * Proficiency in Excel and maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP). * Knowledge of asset management, lifecycle management, and maintenance KPIs.
