Description: * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems; Systems Analysis; Technology; Engineering; or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Networks and Telecommunications is desirable. * Experience in the field is desirable. * Desirable certifications: ITIL 4; CCNA; A\+; Structured Cabling; MTCNA; CCNP. * Knowledge of practices and tools for infrastructure, operating systems, and network and telecommunications technologies monitoring is desirable. * Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and updating network and datacenter infrastructure, including power supply, UPS, generators, data links, air conditioning, structured cabling, network equipment (switches, routers), IP telephony systems, and CCTV. * Perform asset configuration, backups, VLAN creation, routing rules setup, availability testing, problem analysis, proposing solutions and improvements. * Document physical and logical network layouts, define infrastructure standards, supervise outsourced teams, and participate in infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects. * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support and perform other related job duties. * Other related responsibilities as required. 2511260202401764114
