Senior Training and Development Analyst

Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#JoinSSA** **\#SSA \- Feeding Lives and Building Dreams** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for monitoring visit and training schedules, ensuring adherence to the planned schedule and identifying gaps through Effectiveness Assessments. * Perform registrations and data entries in specific systems, ensuring information traceability, as well as generating management reports, updating the annual training plan, and monitoring beneficiaries’ performance. * Manage the contracting of trainings, partnerships, and consulting services, and provide support for socio-environmental events and internal marketing initiatives related to the Training & Development (T&D) area. * Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * SAP knowledge desirable. * Willingness to reside in Itaberaí – GO. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** São Salvador Alimentos (SSA), owner of the brands **SuperFrango and Boua**, has 33 years of history in the industrial sector and 50 years of operation in Brazilian poultry farming, today ranking among the leading producers of chicken protein in Brazil.
