Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#VemSerSSA** **\#SSA \- Nourishing lives and building dreams** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the delivery of contracted services and supplied products, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. * Track unconfirmed purchase orders and approval processes, ensuring payments are made within established deadlines. * Formalize contracts and monitor their execution according to negotiated conditions, aiming for greater accuracy in processes. * Monitor changes in legislation and annual adjustment indices, updating contracts whenever necessary. * Manage all stages of the contract lifecycle—from proposal drafting to termination—including amendments and contractual adjustments in a dedicated system. * Analyze pending requests related to finalized or canceled contracts, authorizing invoicing or exclusions to maintain financial control. * Ensure compliance with all contractual clauses during the contract’s validity period. * Control automatic renewals and fixed-term contracts, executing necessary actions to ensure proper continuity or termination. * Guarantee data security and confidentiality of contractual information. * Archive contracts and maintain their historical records after formalization. * Monitor contractual signing deadlines to ensure activities commence as planned. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related fields.
