The professional will be responsible for managing, drafting, and controlling sales contracts, as well as supporting the sales team and customers—ensuring all processes comply with company policies and applicable legislation. * Draft, review, and ensure formalization of purchase and sale contracts. * Monitor contract processing, ensuring all required documents are correctly attached and processed. * Maintain control and archiving of contracts and related sales documentation. * Assist in verifying customer information and data, ensuring all contract details are accurate and complete. * Provide support to the sales team and customers regarding contractual inquiries. * Verify compliance with contractual terms by both the company and customers. * Support preparation of addenda and notifications. * Monitor deadlines and processes related to sales completion. * Keep the contract management system up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (a university degree is preferred) * Prior experience in contract management or administrative activities * Knowledge of sales routines and commercial contracts (preferred) * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various departments and customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word **Additional Information** * Work schedule: rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off per week * CLT employment contract * Fixed salary * Transportation allowance paid via Caju card (mobility assistance) * Meal allowance: BRL 35.00 per worked day, paid via Caju card * Hapvida health plan (co-payment applies for services used) * Bradesco Dental dental plan * Life insurance * Work location: Pirenópolis - GO Since 2014, we have pursued a path of accelerated growth and today are a benchmark in the fractional ownership market. Loss and Damage Prevention: Implement preventive actions to avoid product losses and damages inside the store, ensuring all areas are protected. Exit Inspections: Check exits of employees and service providers, ensuring no unauthorized removal of products or materials. Inventory: Assist the manager in conducting cyclic and general inventories, ensuring accuracy in counts and records. Store Opening and Closing: Submit store opening and closing forms, ensuring effective communication and compliance with internal protocols. Security Patrols: Conduct periodic patrols within the store and back areas, maintaining a secure environment free of irregularities. Service Provider Supervision: Monitor services performed by external providers inside the store, ensuring security procedures are followed. Hanger Organization and Control: Responsible for sorting and organizing boxes and hangers, maintaining an organized and efficient environment. Goods Receiving: Verify delivery truck seals, supervise unloading, perform barcode scanning (bipping), and release the truck after verification. Supply Organization: Organize and bundle cardboard and other supplies, contributing to maintaining order in storage and support areas. Cash Deposits: Accompany the Manager during external cash deposit processes when the store does not have specialized collection services (Prosegur/Brinks).
