Development of educational initiatives and safety training programs Description: * Develop, participate in, and implement occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; * Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident risk factors; * Communicate inspection results by preparing reports; * Propose safety standards and devices, suggesting modifications to equipment and facilities to prevent accidents; * Investigate and analyze accidents, recommending preventive and control measures; * Identify variables affecting disease control, accidents, quality of life, and environmental conditions; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; * Train company employees on safety regulations, fire prevention, and other accident prevention measures; * Participate in occupational safety meetings, providing relevant data, proposing suggestions, and assessing the feasibility of proposed safety measures to enhance the existing system; * Manage OHS documentation; * Participate in technical inspections and regulatory audits related to OHS; * Record violations and compile accident statistics. * Perform and support other tasks essential to the department’s operations, inherent to the role; and * Manage OHS documentation.
