This professional aims to ensure project execution at the lowest total cost, always aligned with safety practices in collaboration with SESMT, to safeguard partner integrity. Additionally, they must manage the construction plan, identifying and implementing improvements in execution and control processes to optimize system efficiency and ensure operational quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Planning and Execution of Distribution Network Construction Projects: Develop detailed planning for the execution of the distribution network construction plan, covering reconstruction, market-driven, and proprietary projects. Prepare periodic managerial reports to monitor construction plan progress, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and safety requirements. Construction Project Monitoring and Execution: Supervise execution of the construction plan, analyzing quality indicators. Contractor Quality and Efficiency Management: Monitor contractor efficiency, identifying scheduling and execution failures, as well as visible and hidden waste directly impacting planning and team billing. Implement improvements via action plans to increase efficiency and reduce losses in the scheduling and execution process. Technical and Economic Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies for new projects or network improvements, evaluating aspects such as cost-benefit, environmental impact, and technical viability. Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Ensure all projects and operations fully comply with technical standards and regulations of the electricity sector, guaranteeing legality and process quality. Safety Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical distribution network operations, implementing and monitoring safety measures. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with active CREA registration; * Experience in planning, control, and execution of electrical distribution network construction projects; * Experience in project and construction management within the electricity sector, including short- and long-term planning; * Experience managing and supervising teams and contractors, including activity monitoring and execution control; * Knowledge of administration and finance, with experience in CAPEX and OPEX; * Familiarity with the Electricity Sector Accounting Manual, focusing on asset management; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with MS Project or similar project control software; * Knowledge of SAP (PM, PS, and MM modules); * Ability to analyze quality and operational efficiency indicators; * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations of the electricity sector; * Proficiency in BI tools for data analysis and monitoring. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields **Equal Opportunity for All** Our vision is that each person brings their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
