Our product, webPosto, is designed to streamline routines from the fuel pump area to the convenience store. Today, our management system is a market reference and serves thousands of fuel stations across all Brazilian states. **TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL ANALYST** ? **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** We seek a professional with a strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills to directly support the New Business Manager. This role targets someone with solid technical expertise in systems, integrations, and APIs—capable of conducting in-depth demand analysis, performing technical investigations with internal teams (Product, Support, and Development), and ensuring proper progress of integrations and projects. More than a commercial profile, we seek a technically proficient professional who communicates effectively, organizes workflows, and ensures operational efficiency in day-to-day tasks. ? **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical oversight for integrations and projects involving ERP systems and partners; * Analyze technical requests and requirements, ensuring full understanding of scenarios; * Interface with internal teams (Product, Support, and Development) to investigate and resolve requests; * Monitor and validate integration processes, ensuring quality and technical compliance; * Support partners on technical matters related to integrations and system functionality; * Organize and track request status, deadlines, and progress; * Ensure effective cross-departmental communication, guaranteeing clarity and alignment of information; * Identify improvements in departmental operational processes and workflows. ? **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Predominantly technical profile, with logical reasoning and analytical capability; * Strong communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical topics; * Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent requests; * Proactivity and a strong sense of accountability for deliverables; * Aptitude to serve as a liaison between technical and business areas; * Technical investigation and deep-dive analysis capabilities. ? **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)** * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Experience or familiarity with system-to-system integrations; * Understanding of API functionality (requests, responses, behavior); * Experience analyzing technical requirements; * Exposure to collaboration with technical teams (development, product, or support). ? **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in environments with multiple integrations; * Background working in technology companies; * Familiarity with demand management tools (Jira, Monday, etc.); * Experience providing technical support to partners. ? **ABOUT THE ROLE** This is a strategic position for professionals aiming for deep technical engagement, directly contributing to the evolution of integrations and new business initiatives.
