We seek and value talented individuals with personality, determination, and strong willpower. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Place **parts and product orders with the factory**, monitoring request progress. * Procure **consumable materials and supplies** for dealerships. * **Update and manage tracking spreadsheets** and departmental KPIs. * **Assist in closing monthly reports**, consolidating operational data. * Support **cost control and expense analysis** for the department. * Provide support for **administrative routines and procurement department requirements**. **Requirements:** * **Completed undergraduate degree**, preferably in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience or exposure to **data analysis in procurement** is considered a plus. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.
