




We are looking for a dedicated and agile Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to the chefs, assisting in food pre-preparation, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the environment, and guaranteeing that the kitchen operates efficiently. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Pre-preparation (Mise en Place):** Assist in ingredient preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and other foods as directed by the chef. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including countertops, stoves, sinks, equipment, and utensils. * **Washing:** Be responsible for washing dishes, pots, and other utensils used in food preparation and service. * Chef Support: Assist in assembling simple dishes, basic sauces, and side dishes, following established recipes and standards. * **Inventory and Storage:** Help with receiving, checking, and storing goods, organizing them in storage areas (dry and refrigerated) and following the FIFO system (First Expire, First Out). * **Hygiene:** Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (Good Handling Practices). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Elementary education. * Availability of schedule (including weekends and holidays, according to shift rotation). * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. * Agility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
