




Carry out activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing, controlling, dispatching, and attending to customers’ material requirements, in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. Record material inflow and outflow movements. Operate self-propelled material handling equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load and unload materials from trucks; * Receive, store, and move materials using handling equipment; * Perform storage, organization, preservation, and cleaning tasks for materials and the warehouse; * Attend to customers at the warehouse counter; * Conduct inventory counts; * Issue outgoing material invoices; * Sort materials for return; * Check for expired items and monitor expiry dates; * Record material issue transactions in the system; * Control and inspect materials delivered by suppliers; * Organize material storage in their designated storage locations; * Receive, issue, and file material movement documentation; * Complete equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance checklists; * Issue material requisitions; * Receive returned supplies; * Keep computerized material management systems updated with material inflow and outflow records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license (Class B); * Forklift operator training certificate; * NR-11 training certificate; * NR-12 training certificate; * Experience in logistics or warehouse operations; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
