Requirements: * Experience in the role of Supervisor; * Completed high school (higher education will be a differentiator); * Leadership skills and decision-making ability; * Organization, proactivity and focus on results; * Good verbal and written communication; * Driver's license AB (category C will be a differentiator) and own vehicle; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems. Responsibilities: * Supervise the arrival of goods. * Organize the warehouse's physical space, keeping it organized and clean. * Manage the flow of product entry and exit. * Supervise order preparation, packaging and vehicle loading process. * Supervise staff to ensure proper execution of tasks. * Operate forklifts when necessary. * Ensure proper functioning of warehouse equipment. * Record data in the system, logging product and material entries and exits. * Responsible for the maintenance and organization of the warehouse.
