Pastry Assistant Position Description We are seeking a Pastry Assistant to support the production of desserts and sweets in our bakery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastry arts and possess basic skills in dessert preparation. Responsibilities * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, and decorations for desserts and sweets * Assist in assembling and finishing desserts * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace * Follow established recipes and quality standards * Collaborate with the pastry team on other necessary tasks Requirements * Prior experience in pastry work is considered a plus * Basic skill in preparing desserts and sweets * Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
