Job Summary:
An Occupational Safety professional responsible for implementing HSE standards and procedures, delivering safety training, and managing safety programs.
Key Highlights:

**Responsibilities:**
----------------------

* Deliver safety training (onboarding, periodic, and specific training for NR11, NR12, NR23, NR35, and other applicable regulations);
* Implement HSE programs, standards, and procedures, ensuring legal and corporate compliance;
* Conduct safety inspections, internal audits, and oversight of regulatory inspections;
* Analyze and monitor high-risk activities, determining appropriate PPE for each role;
* Manage the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and support the Fire Brigade and Environmental initiatives;
* Develop safety and environmental campaigns to raise employee awareness;
* Develop and monitor HSE indicators, reporting deviations and proposing improvements;
* Participate in the PGR (Risk Management Program), ensuring hazard identification and mitigation;
* Prevent incidents involving MHE (forklifts, pallet trucks, order pickers, etc.) and conveyor belts
**Requirements:**

**What are the requirements?**
* Experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
* Technical qualification in Occupational Safety / Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
