Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving and processing payments, recording financial transactions, performing daily cash reconciliation, and providing courteous customer service. Opportunity for growth within the company **Responsibilities:** * Receive payments from customers for new and used vehicles, workshop services, spare parts, accessories, and other products or services related to the dealership; * Record and process financial transactions, including cash sales, financing, leasing, and loan repayments; * Accurately and securely count, organize, and deposit cash, checks, and other forms of payment in accordance with dealership procedures; * Issue receipts, invoices, and other financial documents to customers after payment for products or services; * Perform daily cash reconciliation to ensure financial records are accurate and that no discrepancies exist between physical cash amounts and accounting records; * Provide courteous and professional service to customers visiting the dealership to make payments or clarify questions regarding financial transactions; * Assist in managing the dealership’s accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions; * Provide administrative support, such as answering telephone calls, handling correspondence, and offering general administrative support to the dealership team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this position; * Familiarity with computer systems. **Additional Information:** * Competitive remuneration; * Additional benefits, including transportation allowance, meal allowance, life insurance, health plan, dental plan, Gympass, and private pension; * Opportunity for learning and professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for growth within the company. **THIS POSITION IS ALSO OPEN TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.** Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Private pension * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
