**You're getting closer to touching the sky! ✈️** We want you to be part of this exciting journey where you can grow and develop alongside a highly skilled and diverse team that will support you in overcoming obstacles and reaching your destination. **Operations Agent** In this role, you will ensure the proper execution of operational procedures during aircraft handling and departure on the ramp, guaranteeing real-time monitoring of loading activities in order to ensure operational safety and compliance with company standards. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Perform real-time monitoring of aircraft positions on the ramp during arrival and departure phases. * Supervise compliance with established operational procedures for aircraft loading. * Verify that a briefing takes place between the load control and ground operations teams before starting activities. * Confirm that authorized cargo fully matches the physical cargo present on the ramp. * Ensure compliance with the operational sequence and timeframes established in the ground handling plan (turnaround). * Identify, document, and promptly report any operational deviations, unsafe conditions, or procedural non-compliance. * Record photographic or video evidence in case of incidents, deviations, or other relevant situations. * Participate in operational briefings at the beginning of each shift to review flight schedules and specific daily conditions. * Provide comprehensive passenger assistance at all contact points, ensuring high-quality service, efficient incident management (delays, cancellations, overbooking), and correct execution of commercial and ground operational processes. **Check\-in / Boarding Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical/Technologist/Professional degree; preferred fields include aviation, airport operations, logistics, or related areas. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in ramp operations or aviation-related areas. * **Spanish, English, and Portuguese proficiency level:** B2 **Location: Manaus International Airport (Eduardo Gomes), Brazil** We know that with you **we're going to win!**
