Responsibilities: * Filing and organizing documents. * Receiving, verifying, and organizing invoices and bills. * Verifying deadlines, amounts, and banking details prior to payment. * Classifying expenses by cost center. * Entering financial entries into the accounting system. * Updating spreadsheets and reports. * Performing various administrative tasks. * Archiving payment receipts.
