Contribute to the efficiency and quality of the production process **Description:** **To succeed, you must have:** Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Industrial sector experience; Refrigerated plant experience is a plus; People management experience; SAP system knowledge; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work on-site in Castelo/ES. **Here’s how you’ll contribute to the Maintenance team:** Supervising the work team, planning and monitoring the execution of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities, overseeing, directing, and guiding responses to maintenance requests, performing procurement tasks, developing preventive maintenance projects—all to ensure the production process operates within standards of efficiency, safety, quality, and productivity; Receiving maintenance service requests via the system and assigning tasks to the work team according to priority, ensuring achievement of established goals and targets; Participating in internal and external quality system audits relevant to your area of responsibility, as well as identifying non-conformities, with the aim of implementing corrective actions to meet company requirements; Planning, guiding, and controlling industrial maintenance activities, scheduling and distributing tasks, monitoring maintenance execution, and providing technical guidance to workers—aiming to support the production process. 251119020246578864
