Where You’ll Make a Difference * Coordinate import, export, and domestic logistics processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. * Maintain integrated relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. * Schedule regular execution and update meetings with logistics partners. * Communicate order and delivery information to customs brokers and customers. * Prepare and review required documentation, including import licenses. * Request and track material shipments, ensuring documentary compliance. * Report customs clearance status and monitor transportation to final destination. * Interact with warehouses to ensure packaging meets customer requirements. * Provide freight cost estimates for domestic and international shipments. * Supervise junior logistics professionals. * Comply with and promote IFF’s quality programs and safety, health, and environmental standards (MS ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001\). What Makes You the Ideal Candidate * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. * Certification or training in Logistics and Supply Chain. * 2–4 years of experience in international logistics or foreign trade. * Proficiency in MS Office suite and automated systems. * Fluent English for business communication. * Collaborative profile with a focus on teamwork. * Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
