With operations increasingly adapted to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, the company prioritizes excellence in container handling throughout Brazil, focusing on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** **** · Supporting terminal operational and administrative routines, ensuring organization, control, and up-to-date recordkeeping. · Entering, verifying, and tracking operational information in internal systems. · Supporting control of movements, receipt, dispatch, and other terminal logistics activities. · Monitoring operational and administrative KPIs, consolidating data, and supporting report preparation for management. · Supporting the billing process by verifying movements, documents, and invoice entries. · Acting as a support resource for operational, administrative, and partner teams, ensuring alignment and smooth process execution. · Supporting document, file, and physical/digital record control, ensuring compliance and traceability. · Contributing to standardization, continuous improvement, and organization of operational and administrative processes. · Supporting cost controls, internal requisitions, and daily operational demand tracking. · Collaborating proactively, with focus on deadlines, organization, quality, and responsiveness to operational demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed effortlessly, you’ll need:** · Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields currently underway are desirable). · Experience in operational and/or administrative routines. · Basic knowledge of billing, operational documentation, and administrative controls. · Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and corporate systems. **Additional Information** **The 10 Brado Attitudes** Our Behavior in Action!
