Job Summary: The Inventory Assistant supports receiving, inspection, storage, organization, and control of materials, ensuring product integrity and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to adequate sector supply. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break) **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Inventory Assistant is responsible for supporting activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, organization, and control of materials and goods, ensuring product integrity, inventory accuracy, and adequate supply to company departments. * Receive goods, verifying quantities, specifications, and product conditions against invoices and purchase orders. * Organize and store materials according to identification criteria, safety standards, and warehouse layout. * Pick, pack, and make products available for shipping or internal department supply. * Perform loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety procedures. * Assist in conducting rotating and periodic inventory counts. * Track material inflows and outflows in the system and/or spreadsheets, where applicable. * Identify, label, and assign locations to products according to company standards. * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse compliant with safety regulations. * Support identification of inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or items with compromised expiration dates. * Ensure proper maintenance of materials, equipment, and tools used in the department. * Comply with internal procedures, occupational safety regulations, and company policies. * Assist in other related departmental activities as required. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of inventory control and materials handling. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance
