Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison between the executive board and business units, promoting the implementation of people management practices aligned with the organizational strategy. * Support managers in people-related decision-making, contributing to team development, culture strengthening, and achievement of business results. Requirements: * Prior experience in the field required; * Availability to work in the Serra region.
