Therefore, we seek talents with sparkle in their eyes, a desire to build, and energy to grow alongside us. **If you dream big, have an insatiable thirst for learning, and wish to be part of building the investment bank reshaping entrepreneurship in Brazil, this is where you belong.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and thematically curate Apex’s events, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic objectives and key market trends. * Develop narrative frameworks for events, including scripts for masters of ceremonies, moderators, panel discussions, and key moments in the program. * Define invitation and promotion strategies for events, ensuring consistency among target audience, messaging, and institutional positioning. * Monitor content execution during events, ensuring adherence to editorial proposals and the quality of the audience experience delivered. * Create content for marketing and communication initiatives before, during, and after events. * Provide live social media coverage of events via the Group’s official accounts. * Define post-event strategies focused on follow-up dissemination of generated content, ensuring that key debates and strategic messages from the event continue beyond its conclusion. * Liaise with internal departments, partners, and vendors involved in event content and communications production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in executive content production, thematic curation, corporate events, forums, seminars, or conferences. * Excellent writing skills, with mastery of formal Portuguese and the ability to craft clear, strategic, and engaging narratives. * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with partners and internal stakeholders. * Organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple deadlines and simultaneous deliverables. * Analytical mindset, with attention to content quality and performance metrics. * Proactivity, critical thinking, and ease working collaboratively in dynamic environments.
