Comprehensive HR process responsibilities and employee support LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst in our company. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; **Proficiency in the Senior system;** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; General knowledge of labor legislation and labor calculations. **Responsibilities:** Assist in payroll processing; Schedule medical examinations for employees undergoing contract termination, when necessary, and track receipt of the ASO (Occupational Health Certificate); Gather necessary information for calculating contract termination settlements; Homologate contract terminations at the labor union, where applicable; Verify payroll calculation parameters; Assist in payroll calculation, verify and validate entries; Generate and submit payroll information to e-Social; Integrate electronic timekeeping data; Import files and verify various payroll entries; Evaluate and validate payroll-deducted loan authorizations for employees; Generate and send payroll reports, statistical reports, and/or various requests for employee registration information; Verify, register, and arrange payment of invoices; Prepare documents for defending the company against labor lawsuits; Generate various reports for audit verification, inspections, IBGE, and other regulatory bodies; Guide and assist the team regarding payroll entry procedures; Create job positions and roles; Process role changes, salary adjustments, and inter-company, departmental transfers within payroll; Prepare addendums and collect signatures; Monitor and respond to GLPI tickets and emails; Monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements and implement corresponding system adjustments (base date); Manage and submit union dues (employer and employee portions) for payment; Perform payroll accounting; Close payroll in e-Social; Submit DCTF WEB and forward DARF for payment; Close labor, social security, and tax liabilities (INSS/FGTS/IRRF); Record RPA (Individual Service Provider Agreement) in the payroll system.
