It offers human resource management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Support to sales staff (bookings, loading, and documentation in bottleneck situations). Release of detained bills of lading (BLs). Release of supplier shipments. Tracking of pickup freight drivers. Contracting of northern pickup freight services. Issuance and dispatch of credit notes to customers. Issuance of customs declarations requested by customers. Requesting documents from suppliers (invoices and delivery notes). Verification and release of service invoices (NFs) and cargo manifests (CT\-es) to the tax department. Issuance of billing orders. Updating the shipment spreadsheet. Issuance of purchase orders (blocks, slabs, and freight). Insurance tracking. General administrative support. Bachelor's degree required.
