Your main responsibilities will be: * Maintain common areas clean and organized, manage the supply inventory, and organize orders. * Register clients in Conta Azul, verify accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations, providing feedback on required adjustments. * Forward messages via WhatsApp during business hours, welcome clients with coffee or water, and direct them to the appropriate departments. * Receive and deliver documents to clients, conduct banking transactions, perform errands at public agencies, and assist MEIs (Microentrepreneurs). * Assist in filing tax declarations, digitize and organize documents, and follow up on missing items. For this position, we expect you to have: * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and affinity with technology.
