Follow safety regulations and participate in training sessions The Resin Application Assistant is responsible for supporting the wood resin application process under the guidance of the Resinator. This professional handles material preparation, resin application, and final product quality control. They work as part of a team, following safety regulations and production best practices. * Assist in preparing materials for resin application, inspecting wood quality and segregating batches for processing. * Help apply resin to wood according to the Resinator’s instructions, ensuring proper coverage. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment used in the resin application process, contributing to equipment preservation. * Collaborate in quality control of the final product, identifying potential non-conformities and reporting them to the Resinator. * Follow company-established safety regulations, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safeguarding one’s own physical integrity and that of colleagues. * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions provided by the company to enhance knowledge and skills in this field. * Maintain workplace organization, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the resin application team. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor, ensuring smooth operational progress within the company.
