




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in industrial construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the planning and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS). 2. Focus on continuous improvement and compliance with technical and regulatory standards. 3. Support for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PBQPH certifications. We seek professionals to support, plan, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to standards and promoting continuous process improvement, thereby guaranteeing that processes, products, and services comply with technical and regulatory standards as well as contractual requirements in industrial construction projects. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in Management Systems; Experience in Civil Construction; Desirable: Training in Interpretation and Internal Auditing for ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards; Responsibilities: * Plan, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS); * Develop, review, and control service execution procedures and QMS records; * Support internal and external audits; * Monitor quality performance indicators; * Conduct root cause analyses and define corrective and preventive actions (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa); * Support and train teams on quality tools and best management practices; * Control and monitor non-conformities and customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution; * Support supplier qualification and material receipt inspection; * Support certification and maintenance of standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PBQPH); * Deliver Integration and Capacity-Building training sessions.
