Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the block wrapping process, ensuring material rigidity and strength to support continuity of beneficiation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in evaluating the material structure for appropriate wrapping. 2. Weigh, mix, and apply wrapping mortar to blocks. 3. Ensure proper block structuring for increased rigidity and strength. Responsible for assisting in the block wrapping process, assessing raw material requirements, and applying techniques to efficiently structure the material, thereby ensuring block rigidity and strength and supporting continuity of beneficiation processes. * Assist in evaluating the material structure to determine required raw material quantities and the most suitable wrapping method (conventional or vacuum); * Weigh, mix, and apply wrapping mortar to blocks together with the specified wrapping sheet; * Assist in ensuring proper block structuring to provide greater rigidity and strength for subsequent processes, such as sawing; * Assist in monitoring raw material inventory to prevent process interruptions due to material shortages; * Travel to other companies, if necessary, to perform material wrapping; * Maintain a clean, organized work area compliant with safety regulations; * Contribute to the health, safety, and physical well-being of all personnel by reporting any process deviations to the immediate supervisor and halting any activity that may pose risks; * Contribute to improving departmental and company processes and outcomes through suggestions and observations regarding potential improvements in related processes.
