Job Summary:
Support day-to-day Human Resources activities, contributing to the execution of HR processes and promoting an organizational environment aligned with Komatsu’s culture.
Key Highlights:
1. Support recruitment and selection, onboarding, and development processes.
2. Contribute to organizational climate, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
3. Provide support to employees and prepare HR reports.
**Position Objective**
Act as a support for HR operations, contributing to the execution of HR processes and promoting an organizational environment aligned with Komatsu’s culture, values, and guidelines.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and manager support.
* Support **onboarding** of new employees, focusing on the onboarding experience and cultural alignment.
* Assist in **training and development** initiatives, including logistical support, attendance tracking, recordkeeping, and follow-up on related activities.
* Contribute to programs and initiatives related to **organizational climate, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility/volunteering**, in accordance with departmental guidelines.
* Provide support and clarification to employees regarding **HR practices, policies, and programs**.
* Support the preparation and consolidation of **HR reports, metrics, and presentations**.
* Organize and maintain updated controls, spreadsheets, and systems within the HR area, ensuring information confidentiality.
* Support internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**.
* Knowledge of Human Resources processes.
* Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel).
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
* Collaborative, proactive profile with interest in continuous development.
**Desirable**
* Experience with HR information systems.
* Interest in topics such as **human development, diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture**.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month
