Our Young Apprentice initiative is an outstanding opportunity for you to launch your professional career. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will have the chance to develop essential technical and behavioral skills for your professional growth. Our program is a journey that integrates theory and practice. Therefore, it is structured to allow young apprentices to combine theoretical knowledge acquired through a partner institution with practical application developed within the company. The contract lasts 18 months, with a workload of 4 hours/day during the theoretical phase and 6 hours/day during the practical phase.
