Working alongside experienced professionals, you will have the chance to develop essential technical and behavioral skills for your professional growth. Our program is a journey that integrates theory and practice. Therefore, it is structured to allow young apprentices to combine theoretical knowledge acquired through a partner institution with practical application developed within the company. The contract lasts 18 months, with a workload of 4 hours/day during the theoretical phase and 6 hours/day during the practical phase.
