




Job Summary: The professional will provide first-level technical support, performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, applications, and equipment, as well as monitoring networks and managing user accounts. User account management (Active Directory) * Provide **first-level technical support** to users (on-site and remotely). * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Operating systems (Windows); Corporate applications; Equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals); Windows Server. * Monitor and support **network** operations, including Wi-Fi and cabling (basic level). * Execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** routines on equipment. * Manage user accounts in internal directories (e.g., Active Directory – creation, password reset, permissions). * Support collaboration tools (Office 365, Teams, Outlook). * Assist in implementing updates, patches, and security policies. * Escalate incidents as needed to Intermediate/Senior levels. **Technical Requirements** * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers and switches). * Experience with Windows 10/11 and remote support tools. * Basic hardware knowledge (diagnosis and component replacement). * Familiarity with Active Directory and GPO (basic level). * Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365. * Basic understanding of corporate antivirus software and security policies.
