Job Summary:
Occupational Safety Professional responsible for supervising activities, guiding employees, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) on building construction sites.

**Description and Responsibilities:**

* Preparation of reports;
* Development and implementation of DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue);
* Monitoring and supervision of safety activities at the construction site;
* Conducting safety inspections at work fronts;
* Guiding employees on the proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE);
* Identifying, developing, and implementing JSA (Job Safety Analysis);
* Proactive action to reduce accidents and occupational hazards;
* Ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards and current legislation;
* Monitoring work-at-height, excavation, scaffolding, and machinery activities.
**Requirements:**
* Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE);
* Knowledge of PPE and CPE;
* Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a preventive attitude;
* Proven experience in building construction/civil engineering;
* Ability to develop JSA, DDS, and safety reports;
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), particularly NR\-18 (Construction Industry).
