Contributing to improved customer experience and process optimization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:35 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Schedule field service activities for the operational field team; assess required resources for maintenance (parts, tools, training, vehicles, etc.); provide remote assistance during field service execution and report preparation; promote optimal equipment performance by strictly adhering to technical specifications, functionalities, and relevant service procedures outlined in manuals; contribute to enhanced customer experience regarding service requests by ensuring timely follow-ups, deadlines, and remote support during equipment servicing; create and manage service tickets in CRM and SAP systems, periodically updating indicators and information with the administrative team; collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions and improve service processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, Geology, Mining Technician, or related fields. * Prior experience in mining operations or technical areas related to mining. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, managerial report writing, and communication skills is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate efficiently. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.
