Assistant Store Manager - Bauru Shopping

#### **About the position:** As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in effectively leading the team, promoting a motivating environment and ensuring precise execution of sales processes to achieve the company's established goals. You will be responsible for validating sales contracts, organizing documentation for the batch closing, closing the cash register, maintaining the updated sales scoreboard, and ensuring compliance with store organization and presentation standards. Additionally, your role will include conducting motivational campaigns and actively participating in the hiring process for new team members. Your influence will extend across the entire store operation, contributing to the store's success! #### **Main responsibilities:** Contribute to achieving store results through planning and executing tactical actions with partners, salespeople, and customers, such as targeted customer outreach, partnerships with stores, and external activities, ensuring the expansion of the relationship network. Supervise the meticulous verification of all required documentation to validate sales and/or service contracts, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance in processes. Check and organize essential documentation for the batch closing, ensuring deadlines are met and forwarding any tax-related issues to the responsible salesperson. Actively participate in maintaining and managing the store's workforce by conducting recruitment processes, onboarding new salespeople, monitoring their performance during sales, and ensuring excellence in sales pitches, documentation, contracts, and system entries. This responsibility also includes ensuring compliance with personal appearance standards (wearing uniforms) among employees, as well as accurate recording of attendance in the electronic timekeeping system. Accurately perform cash register closing, carry out deposits and system entries, ensuring precision in financial operations. Process returns of DOA (dead on arrival) merchandise to customers, providing efficient and satisfactory after-sales service. Update the sales scoreboard promptly when necessary, monitor sales progress, and send information to the store manager. Open support tickets for IT and/or Facilities, ensuring proper service functionality and tracking request fulfillment.
