Desirable: * Knowledge in Netsec; * Knowledge of backup routines and tools, and databases; * Knowledge of Server Operating Systems; * Knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud, and Information Security; * Technical Infrastructure, Incident, and Emergency Management; * Compliance and Regulations; * Inventory and Asset Management; * Technical Problem Resolution; * Intermediate English. * Execute the SRE Data Center area strategy, leading teams to achieve goals; * Manage the SRE Data Center team to ensure the entire technological environment is fully functional and within the company's established quality standards; * Lead goals and strategy to ensure team deliverables meet stipulated SLAs and quality standards; * Train and develop successors for high performance through monitoring and feedback, promoting self-development and continuous learning; * Ensure technical procedures are properly documented and updated in the knowledge base (CMDB); * Ensure the team proactively identifies any anomalies, failures, or critical events that could impact operations; * Supervise projects related to expansion, upgrade, or reconfiguration of the technology infrastructure, coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are completed according to best practices; * Ensure all vendor deliveries meet the company's specified quality standards; * Ensure achievement of OKRs defined by management; * Ensure internal security processes and procedures are being followed; * Foster collaboration and communication across departments, promoting a teamwork culture and cross-pollination throughout the company; * Participate in meetings discussing Data Center strategy and technologies to be used, identifying improvement opportunities and critical points; 2510270202221709003
