Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma required; * Technical course in progress or completed. * Availability for rotating shift schedules: 5x2, 21x2, and 90x10; * Residence in the state of São Paulo or willingness to stay in company-provided accommodation; * Full on-site work availability. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Supervise field teams to execute various activities, including foundations, electromechanical installations, cable laying, commissioning, and inspections of transmission line structures and substations; provide technical guidance on all activities related to CPFL Serviços’ scope of work. Lead and monitor service execution, verifying field scheduling and production. Cover supervisor vacations when necessary. Work across all areas and regions of Brazil where contracts and services are carried out. Plan activities and supervise project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Develop switching plans for electrical equipment de-energization and blocking in coordination with the supervisor; Guide field work fronts according to project specifications regarding on-site activity execution, ensuring team safety, quality, and productivity. * * Operate company vehicles and ensure, per GEDs (task manuals), correct use of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under your responsibility by field teams. * Manage working hours of your team (field work front) in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. Ensure all team members perform on-site activities in accordance with CPFL Serviços’ internal procedures. Monitor equipment calibration inspections, dielectric testing, and equipment/tool condition assessments. * Collaborate with the field team (work front) to prepare preliminary risk analyses (APRs) for all activities. * Conduct daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) on-site, addressing health, safety, and operational procedures. Ensure proper use and maintenance condition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the field team (work front), and demarcate and signal the work area to safeguard third-party safety.
