Job Summary: Responsible for managing the E2G process, driving results through critical analysis, correcting deviations to achieve targets, and implementing continuous improvements. Proactive pursuit of industrial efficiency and implementation of improvements. Description: WHAT YOU NEED: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferred: Knowledge of industrial processes for sugar, ethanol, and energy production; * Preferred: Proficiency in PI OSIsoft, Power BI, SAP, and process analysis tools (Cause-and-effect diagrams, Control charts, PDCA, FMEA, Six Sigma, 5W2H); * Must reside in one of the following cities: Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tietê SP, Jaú SP, Dois Córregos SP, Mineiros do Tietê SP, São Manuel SP, Macatuba SP, or Lençóis Paulista \- SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the E2G process, interfacing with the three production areas (Pre\-treatment and Utilities, C5/C6 Separation, Hydrolysis and Lignin, and Fermentation), and drive results through critical analysis and historical performance reviews of targets such as losses, industrial efficiency, production, and quality; * Collaborate with management and operations teams to correct deviations and achieve targets by applying continuous improvement methodologies; * Monitor daily operational routines (check\-lists, analytical frequency, work schedules, and input planning); * Interface directly with support areas such as Maintenance, Utilities, and Quality; * Proactively pursue improved industrial efficiency through field assessments and implementation of improvements; * Conduct daily process evaluations; develop process flows, technical reports, and presentations; * Design dashboards and reports to support Process Management. 251111020218726493
