Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide administrative and technical support in occupational safety * Perform general administrative tasks such as: * Receiving suppliers, * Assisting employees, * Providing and receiving information, * Handling and/or archiving various documents, * Requesting purchases of materials and/or services to organize processes and routines within the Occupational Safety area; * Be responsible for managing and issuing statistical control and performance reports for the area; * Manage all payments and payment orders for the area, prepare quotations for services and materials, * Generate payment orders, * Enter invoices into the system for on-time payment and monitor the process to ensure completion * Ensure compliance with SGI (occupational safety, environment, and quality) and contribute to continuous improvement programs. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed High School and/or Technical education Office software package \- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook, Teams) **Additional information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
