Maximize resources, ensuring higher productivity and lower costs. Optimize input application, using only what is recommended. Ensure accurate and high-quality production reporting. Monitor employee attendance, contributing to reduced absenteeism. Guide the team in performing activities safely, with quality and productivity. **Requirements and qualifications** Class B driver's license (CNH B). Good communication and teamwork skills.
