Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in the development of projects and solutions, contributing expertise in Electrical/Automation Engineering within a multidisciplinary team to pursue continuous improvement, total quality, predictability, and consistency; * Perform activities related to the implementation of new equipment and new technologies for developing new processes and products, including: preparation of preliminary designs with economic feasibility analysis, evaluation of commercially available equipment, identification of internally available technology; * Control and monitor electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control engineering projects, studying and defining technical characteristics and specifications, preparing layouts, establishing execution methods and required resources, specification, selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning; * Specify electrical installations and industrial equipment (transformers, motors, frequency inverters, measurement and protection devices, panels, cables, and other components of electrical installations); * Initiate and monitor the electricity supply request process with the local utility provider. * Specify instruments and components for automation systems (level, pressure, flow, and temperature transmitters; control valves; frequency inverters; industrial networks; programmable logic controllers; supervisory and management support systems); * Provide guidance for construction, implementation, and maintenance activities of electrical apparatus and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical quality standards; * Prepare modifications to adapt existing equipment to new production requirements—whether increased capacity, improved quality, or enhanced safety; * Monitor on-site assembly, commissioning, startup, and assisted operation of equipment, projects, and systems; * Supervise and coordinate work performed by service providers; * Actively participate in the development of projects and solutions, pursuing continuous improvement and total quality. * Lead projects as the responsible party for governance, methodology application, stakeholder integration, cost management, risk management, execution, and delivery across all fronts and phases. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * Willingness to work on-site in Barra Bonita/SP; * An MBA or postgraduate degree in Instrumentation, Automation and Control, or Project Management will be considered a plus; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (will be assessed during the hiring process); * Prior experience in Electrical and Automation Engineering within an industrial environment; * Knowledge of electrical design and installation standards, instrumentation, and control; * Experience specifying electrical installations and industrial equipment, such as transformers, motors, frequency inverters, measurement and protection devices, panels, cables, and other electrical components.
