Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor indicators related to service delivery, the Forestry Control Tower, delivery lead time, incident reporting, and service requests; * Support activities related to Silviculture, Harvesting, Logistics for personnel transportation, light fleet vehicles, and driver fatigue monitoring; * Act as liaison between IT and business areas to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, innovative, and aligned with institutional processes; * Serve as a knowledge multiplier by delivering training to users of systems integrated into the Forestry Control Tower; * Propose and implement internal tools for operational management, aiming to enhance technological maturity and team agility; * Provide support for system integrations, data extraction requests, and data visualizations using contracted tools; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys regarding service request fulfillment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI). * Experience in digital transformation projects and familiarity with agile methodologies are preferred. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Location:** Agudos **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:48 AM **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
