The role will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, budgetary control, results analysis, and supporting process standardization, contributing to operational efficiency and financial sustainability of the area. **Description** * Analysis of results (revenues, costs, and expenses), including deviation identification and opportunity detection * Monitoring of pricing, customer price adjustments, volumes, and revenue verification * Support in budget and forecast preparation * Monthly budget monitoring and control, including variance analysis and justification preparation * Support in monthly accounting closing reports * Support in implementation and monitoring of internal controls * Involvement in the unit's billing process **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in accounting and controller functions required * Advanced Excel proficiency * ERP system knowledge * Knowledge of accounting standards * BI tools knowledge * Experience with Sênior (Sapiens) ERP Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Personal vehicle required Willingness to travel * Profit-sharing program * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Dental insurance
