employees and customers! **Responsibilities and duties** **What will be your activities?** * Restock products on aisles, tables, walls, floors, and shelves whenever requested by the supervisor or when the need is identified, ensuring product availability and proper display according to specifications, instructions, product order, and defined layout to serve customers effectively. * Verify that store products have been correctly processed (hangers and alarms), checking and carrying out process steps, as well as organizing labels, prices, quantities, reissuing labels, repricing/adjustments, pins and hangers, and storing hangers in reverse boxes daily for return to the distribution center, following company procedures and preventing merchandise loss. * Keep sales areas, products, and items organized according to the procedures manual, sorted by colors, sizes, collections, and models, to facilitate product location and restocking in the sales area. * Support the application of visual merchandising concepts in the store, including window displays, wall and floor layouts, color and model sequences, following the step-by-step guidelines in the manual and supervisor's instructions to ensure product visibility and presentation. * Provide customer service on the sales floor, assisting and guiding customers on product location, sizes, positioning, promotions, exchanges, offering bags and cards, and properly directing them to the financial services area, contributing to customer satisfaction and store performance. * Collect products left in store sections, fitting rooms, and near cash registers, sorting them by section and returning them to their appropriate locations for sale. * Assist in controlling product entry and exit from fitting rooms by issuing, verifying, and collecting tickets from customers, as well as making entries on specific forms, following manual guidelines. * Present offers and campaigns to customers and offer financial products such as credit cards and other insurance, appropriately referring them to the responsible department, following procedures and supervisor guidance, aiming to keep customers informed about purchasing options and contribute to sales targets. * Assist in inventory tasks involving receiving, checking invoices and quantities, processing, and separating products according to manuals and procedures. * Perform cashier duties when necessary, including receiving goods and invoices, verifying amounts and payments according to payment methods, requesting cash withdrawals, removing fiscal documents from registers, and delivering them to the supervisor, ensuring compliance with procedures. * Assist in exchanging items and/or products, performing invoice verification, separation, and controls according to established company procedures. * Serve customers with friendliness, speed, and clarity, seeking solutions to problems and questions from supervisors when needed, aiming for customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. * Fulfill daily working hours according to monthly and weekly schedules without irregular clock-ins, complying with legislation and supervisor guidance. * Evaluate defective product stock, ensuring separation by line, model, and size for potential repricing requests or checkout discounts coordinated with responsible departments. * Validate planning for vacation schedules, DSR (day off in lieu), leaves, and work hours with management, in accordance with internal policies, goals, and labor laws. * Participate in selecting new employees with supervisors, conduct onboarding, training, and performance monitoring during and after the probation period. * Keep the team trained, motivated, and properly uniformed through meetings, training sessions, and guidance on service processes and procedures. * Act as the company's legal representative in labor court and perform union severance settlements when necessary. * Develop the leadership team through training programs, performance monitoring, and defining action plans for individual performance and career progression. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation by monitoring actions and seeking guidance from the People and Management team. **Requirements and qualifications** **Must-haves:** * **Education**: High school diploma. * **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months in sales and general customer service. * **Computer skills**: Basic Office suite knowledge. * **Technical skills**: Communication, basic calculations, customer service. * **Behavioral skills**: Agility, commitment, discipline, organization, emotional control, proactive execution, interpersonal relationships, customer focus, standards, and quality. * **Essential trainings**: Operations manuals and
