Job Summary: The Field Technical Development Assistant will be responsible for producing healthy sugarcane seedlings, setting up experiments, collecting samples, and applying ripeners in the agricultural field. We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Bocaina, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Produce healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; * Set up various experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; * Perform thermal treatment, seedling planting, and irrigation; * Collect sugarcane, soil, fertilizer, and soil amendment samples; * Conduct assessments of sugarcane borer infestation; * Apply ripeners and perform other tasks as required and per supervisor guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Experience in the agricultural sector — considered a plus; * Residency in Bocaina, SP; Dourado, SP; or Boa Esperança do Sul, SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
